14-day first-sip guarantee.

If your 2-pack is not for you, we will refund the product. No return needed.

2-pack guarantee. Once per address, per flavor, forever.

Try a new flavor and you are covered on that flavor's 2-pack, even if you have used the guarantee before on a different one.

Our 2-pack guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your 2-pack purchased on quickle.com, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund for the product.

No return required. Please do not mail back opened sticks. This guarantee applies to 2-packs only.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue is on our end (wrong item, missing items, or damage in transit).

"Delivery" means the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.

What is excluded

The first-sip guarantee does not apply to:

  • Subscriptions (all subscription orders are excluded).
  • Any items other than the 2-pack (including 10-packs, 25-packs, bundles, and bulk orders).

For excluded items, we only offer replacements if we made an error or your order arrived damaged.

If we messed up

You are covered on any order (including subscriptions) if:

  • Your order arrived damaged, leaking, or otherwise unusable.
  • We sent the wrong item or wrong flavor.
  • Something is missing from your order.

Contact us and we will fix it with a replacement, reshipment, or refund, whichever makes the most sense.

Food safety

Because of food safety rules, we cannot accept physical returns on food products or opened items. Do not ship sticks or packets back. Contact us and we will take care of it if your order qualifies under the policy above.

How to request help

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your name and order number.
  • Whether you are requesting the 2-pack guarantee or reporting an issue (damage, wrong item, missing).
  • A couple of clear photos if anything arrived damaged.

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks and card processors usually take 5-10 business days to show the credit.

Timing

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. After that window, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.

We reserve the right to investigate unusual patterns of claims or suspected abuse and may decline requests in rare cases of fraud.

If your 2-pack is not for you, we will refund the product. If anything arrives damaged, missing, or wrong, we will make it right.
