The ground rules.

• If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Details such as price, frequency, and how to cancel are shown at checkout and in your account or confirmation emails.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal is processed. Charges that have already processed are subject to our Refund Policy.

Shipping options, timing, and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. "Delivery" means the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

In short:

• 14-day 2-pack first-sip guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a 2-pack purchased on quickle.com, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the product. No return required.
• Exclusions: Subscriptions and any items other than 2-packs (including 10-packs, 25-packs, bundles, and bulk orders) are not eligible for the first-sip guarantee.
• If we messed up: If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us and we will resolve it with a replacement, reshipment, or refund, whichever makes the most sense.
• Food safety: For food safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns of food products or opened items.
• Shipping charges: Shipping is not refundable unless the issue is clearly on us (wrong item shipped, missing items, or damage in transit).

To request help, follow the instructions in the Refund Policy. We may investigate unusual patterns of claims and may decline requests in rare cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to Quickle for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.
