How to Use
Start easy. Adjust to taste. If it's your first time, begin with 4 oz. Like it stronger? Go 2-3 oz next time.
One stick, 4 oz cold water, two pulls. Want it stronger? 2-3 oz next time.
Tear one stick. Add a splash of water. Swirl, drink, keep moving. No full bottle needed.
Pour it straight in, small swig of water to wash it down. Rough the first time. Fine once you know the taste.
New to Quickle? Start with the quick mix at 4 oz. Go stronger once you know how your gut handles it.

From the Founder
Because cramps kept cutting my days short. After a long run in the Wasatch, I grabbed a gas station pickle pouch out of desperation. It wasn't pretty, but the cramp let go in minutes. The only thing better than that would be something I could actually carry.
So I started building one. An electrolyte powder that respected the effort, ran lean on ingredients, and actually fit in a vest pocket. Real vinegar, real salt, and the electrolytes that matter. Clean enough for a daily hot ride, dialed in for when a cramp shows up anyway.
